kawasaki kx250 plug fouling problems and oil coming out of the miffler
hi i have a 3 month old kx250 and it fouls the plugs al least onec a month and oil spits out of the muffler i mix my gas 30:1 the stock mix is sposed to be 32:1 and i run the right plug in it but i dont race it all the time i do mostly trail rideing the bike is stock except for a R-304 mufler bike runs well but i have this oil spiting problem what should i do?

94 RM125 fouled plug???
Ok... I'm beatin my head against a freakin wall. I keep fouling my plug, I changed the top end, new ring, gaskets, yada yada yada... I got the proper plug NGK R4118S-9, I've tried BR9ES, and autolite 4062, all fouled. I tried 32:1, 40:1, and 50:1 all fouled. High test fuel, fouled. The only thing I havent done is change the air filter, could the filter make this big a deal??? I checked the reeds too, those are good, no cracks, (that I could see). The only other possibility I could think is, the gasket that goes into the crank from the pipe, (lil rubber O ring) is shot and some oil leaks from there, minimal... Any help????

fmf power valve spacer
i have a 03 kx250 and i just baught a fmf fatty for it and it came with a power valve spacer and i have to pull the clutch side cover off to install it and dont really want to. i was just wondering if that makes any difference and should it be installed

03 kx250 carb adjustments
does anyone know what the carb has in it from the factory as far as the pilot jet and the clip position because i just put a fmf fatty and powercore 2 on my bike and i dont want to take the carb apart to find it has in it what it needs in it.

Girlfriend hates dirtbikes. What can i do?
I purchased one about 6 months ago and ever since then its been "you need to sell that thing" blah blah pretty much nonstop. Anytime i go ride when i get home i have to listen to hours of nagging and usually a day or 2 worth of guilt trip. If i even ask her if she wants to go she gets angry. Its to the point where what i have to go through effects how much i enjoy myself while im riding. All i want to do is be able to ride, enjoy myself and maybe even share that with her if she allows it. I mean there are several guys i know who's wifes come and really enjoy being there with each other. Why cant i have that? :confused: You figure being in a relationship would be enough for her to appreciate one of the few things in life i enjoy doing. Its not though. How can i get her to go to the track with me or at least get off my case about owning and riding a dirt bike? EDIT: She really isnt the type to ever ride one herself so getting her one is out of the question.

Starter bike for a 10 year old
I know you are all probably tired of this type of question, but I just found this web site and need some advice fast. My son will turn 10 this weekend. He's been asking for a dirt bike and we've been looking but are not sure what to get. Price is an issue, but the safety of my baby is even more important. My hubby is going to look at a 1999 Yamaha RT100 tomorrow. We've had one person tell us this would be a good bike for our son and another tell us it will have too much power. What are your thoughts? Any other recommendations? My son is tall for his age and has never driven anything besides a bicycle and a go cart. We want something he can learn on, but also not out grow in a year. Thanks!

2006 YZ250 Suspension
I just bought a 2006 YZ250 2 stroke with stock suspension. I weigh 160lbs, 5'8" tall. Can anyone recommend the suspension settings. I ride motocross, moderate skill level. I will tune it in, but looking for a good starting point. If nothing else, what are the factory settings? chris.

ok i have read alot about 110cc atv
Help does that seem to sound familiar? Was woundering since i am stuck with this atv china bike 110cc taotao what can i do to fix the problem with the clucth bikes runs great sounds good but will only go in reverse.. Moved frontwords but had to rev it to the moon.. now it seems it dont want to do anything at all. Tha battery will not hold a charge and sizzles when charging... The book says it is a dry clutch but i am really starting to wonder is it really a dry clutch.. :confused:

Calico Ghost Town - OHV area
Has anyone been out there riding? We're going this weekend since it was my 22nd birthday on this past Tuesday(that's all I want for my birthday a desert trip with my friends). I've been there many times when I was younger...it's a really neat place and has lots of history there. We've brought our 16 car and dirt bikes before but this time we're going with our offroad trucks(basically like a mini trophy truck)... does anyone know of any cool trails? Or any from Barstow main(which is by the outlet centers off lenwood)? I can't wait! I'll post pictures up next week if anyone is interested.

roketa 200cc dirt bike
was wondering if any one had any information about the 200cc roketa dirt bikes. Was thinking about buying one offline, but i just purchased an 100cc atv. Put the thing together and the ingine runs fine but will not move forward only will go in reverse... Having problems getting the battery to hole an charge. Crap should i even waste my time and money?????? Seems like the atv is gonna be a major headache... Also if any one has any info on the atv china bike bluh let me know...
